Drive.n is an add-on for Google Workspace™ which allows you to automatically create some Google Drive ™ items and copy some Gmail™ data into your Google Drive™.

Any use or access to any kind of the Drive.n services (application, website, etc …) shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and they will be legally binding.

The terms shall apply to any and all accounts that access or use the services whether they use their own account or using other’s account.

If you are entering into or accepting these terms on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms.

“We” or “Us” in this document shall include the website located at www.drive-n.io, the Drive.n Addon and any related service and, where appropriate, also the owners of the Service (as detailed below) its managing body, its operators, its managers, employees, shareholders and any other representatives.

Access

Access to the Services is only possible for users with a Google™ or Google Workspace™ account.

To use it, simply install it from the Google Workspace Marketplace and access to the app from Gmail™ or Google Drive™.

At any time when the paid version will be released, you will be able to subscribe it for additional services as it will be mentioned on the website.

Description of the Services

• Create automatically folders in the Google Drive™ based on a linked template,

• Streamline data transfer from Gmail™ to Google Drive™

Use of Service

The Services are detailed in the application and in our website.

Note that the free plan limitations may change at any time and will be updated regularly in the website in case.

Intellectual Property

The Services and its original content (excluding Content provided by Users), features and functionality are and will remain Our exclusive property.

Termination

We may terminate any membership, delete any profile and/or prohibit any user (immediately, with or without notice) from using or accessing the Services, in whole or any part thereof, for any reason, for no reason, for breach of these Terms (or any other relevant terms), at any time in our sole discretion, without notice, with no liability and subject to reasonable reimbursement of all moneys paid to us for periods of time not yet used by you.

All provisions of the Terms that by their nature shall survive termination shall survive termination, including but not limited to tenure provisions, warranty waivers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

We may terminate our operations and/or Services, all or any part thereof, without notice and at any time, permanently or temporarily at our own discretion.

To remove any doubt, you will not be awarded any remedy of any kind if the We had terminated your Account, any of our Services or our activity altogether, except reimbursement for moneys paid for periods of time not yet used by you.

Any and all terminations of Accounts and/or Services for any reason whatsoever shall be accompanied by re-setting the Google Workspace™ (or other email account) preferences to the condition it were prior to the execution of this Agreement and by the deletion of all Signatures whatsoever (either by you or by Us).

Support

You may address us using Our support@drive-n.io address or the relevant contact form on Our Website. Do note that some requests may not be accommodated and We do not undertake to supply any Support at all times, but we will act to the best of Our ability to offer reasonable support if we can.

Support does not mean liability. If We do offer You support, this will be done on a goodwill basis and will not create any liability to Us, especially if this liability is denied herein.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Liability

You agree that Drive.n Services shall, in no event, be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or other loss or damage whatsoever or for loss of business profits, business interruption, computer failure, loss of business information, or other loss arising out of or caused by your use of or inability to use the service, even if  We have been advised of the possibility of such damage.
